  • Bookings: All online bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to operational issues or weather conditions.

  • Memberships: Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account or by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.

3. Payments

  • All prices listed include VAT (where applicable).

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers.

  • We do not store any credit card or payment details.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • A booking error was caused by us.

  • A service was not delivered as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the service date.

  • Pre-existing damage to vehicles.

  • Loss of personal belongings left inside vehicles.

  • Mechanical issues that arise during or after the wash due to unrelated causes.

Please ensure windows are closed, and aerials or loose parts are secured before entering the wash.

  • Refrain from abusive behavior toward staff.
